Free shipping within the USA.

If you are outside of the U.S. and want to request that we ship to your country, please email contact@mosiaudio.com.

Speed

Orders are usually shipped within one business day. Once shipped, most packages arrive in around 3 days, weekends included. (The West Coast can take slightly longer.)

Shipping Partner

All USA orders are shipped via FedEx and include a tracking number emailed on the day of shipment.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@mosiaudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
